18 year old Earl Kin Franco has an engaging personality. The good looking Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration student from Holy Cross of Davao College who ran away with the runner up title in NCCC’s Mr. Trendy Teen came to the shoot with his twin brother Kim, added another dimension to the Franco twins achievements.
