Roxas Night Market Guidelines and Protocols

Davao City’s Roxas Night Market will finally reopen since its temporary closure in March due to the measures imposed to stop the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).

This is to help the vendors whose livelihood has been affected because of the closure.

Adjusted Operating Hours
(Starting September 12, 2020)
Monday to Sundays, 5:00PM to 11:00PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT THE ROXAS NIGHT MARKET?

As the city reopens Roxas Night Market, stricter security measures and health protocols will be implemented by the local government.

Before entering:

NO contact tracing forms needed. Instead, you will be asked to show proof of identification (ID) and appropriate steps related to this will be enforced.

Health personnel will check your body temperature.

Security personnel will check your bag and other belongings.

A separate inspection cubicle will be made available for women.

Observe the One Entrance, One Exit Policy.

THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR ROXAS NIGHT MARKET-GOERS

DONT!

Don’t bring backpacks, non-transparent water bottles, and jackets.

DO!

Prepare your IDs for contact tracing purposes.

Always wear your face mask and face shield, except only when eating or drinking.

Always observe social distancing. The 2-meter distance between persons shall be strictly implemented.

Use foot bath and hand washing and sanitation stations.
