This BS HRM student and a dancer from University of Mindanao drew us in with his charm. Later on, we noticed just how sexy his biceps were. They’re the kind of arms in which young girls (and, perhaps, cougars) would want to be held. Alex was awarded in their university pageant as Mr. CHE 2013 1st Runner-Up.

Davao Eagle Online Top Teen Icons search, however, also recognized talented teens and role models who excel in various laudable endeavors who have pleasing personalities.
