-At least 1-2 years’ work experience in the same capacity.
-Must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field. -Proficient in, Adobe Photoshop, CS5, CS6 and Illustrator.
-Preferably has background in photography.
-Detail-oriented, creative and flexible.
-Team player
-Willing to work in the Government.
